Het Institute for Cannabinoid Research (ICR) is opgericht als een onafhankelijke onderzoeksentiteit verbonden aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. We opereren met volledige wetenschappelijke objectiviteit en onafhankelijkheid.

We accepteren geen financiering van de cannabisindustrie, waardoor al ons onderzoek onpartijdig en wetenschappelijk rigoureus is. Ons competitieve financieringsproces, gebaseerd op nationale best practices, ondersteunt onderzoek dat het begrip van cannabis en zijn rol in gezondheid en geneeskunde bevordert.
